poor service no manager

the gym was alright, it had a few machines.

The service at the restaurants was a joke. our mains showed up before the starters on two separate occasions, unbelievable. when i asked for the manager, no one seemed to be in charge. They all just agreed with me but didn't do anything. i felt totally ignored.

wide range pastry selection delicious pizza

the breakfast menu included a wide range of options, with plenty of pastry and fruits. the location provided interesting experiences. i enjoyed the chef ag's delicious seafood pizza at da peppe.

the checkin process lacked simplification and a welcome drink after the long flight would be appreciated

the staff were very helpful and kind. i found the thai boxing lessons enjoyable with free daily activities. breakfast at the restaurant had ocean views. the golf cart service provided convenient transportation around the hotel. it made moving between locations quite easy.

the walkable paths around the resort could use better lighting during the night.

i visited this island for the first time. the service from employees jacky and davat was excellent. they were very cute and friendly. i loved this hotel so much because of their excellent hospitality. i will return on my next visit!

the outdoor tables and chairs in the top restaurant have no umbrellas. the restaurant capacity is halved if it rains.

amazing lesson jungle feel direct access

the thai boxing lessons with man, guy, mas, yuz, jame, and dee were amazing (i even learned a few new moves!). i seemed like i was in the jungle because the hotel is so secluded. we had direct access to the pool and that was very nice for my family. the staff was awesome and helpful.

the boat transfer schedule was limited, so we had to plan around their timings.
